About you

You will be an experienced residential property marketing guru as you will be working with some of the UK's leading residential developers. You’ll be joining an agency at a time of positive change as they forge avenues into new markets and new opportunities, and will act as the one of the agency’s main points of contact for one of their longest standing clients.

This is seen as a critical role for the team to help build and maintain strong client relationships with the agency. You’ll work closely with their in-house digital, creative, video and social teams to find and develop innovative solutions. So you’ll be integral in the creation of great ideas.

Required experience and qualifications:

Agency experience
Experience of working with residential property developers

As well as working on developing and executing ideas for some of the biggest B2B brands you’ll also support the ongoing development and user experience of our client's proprietary software. Your input will also be sought in how their client positions and talks about their blended proposition to the market with particular regard to their web presence and owned media channels.

About you

As their Creative Services lead you will be able to contribute to all stages of the creative process, from ideation to execution. Although the majority of the role will involve digital design, a knowledge of how different types of content and formats can be used in the wider content marketing mix to drive engagement. They will look to you to have opinions and provide guidance on the way they approach campaign and content planning for their clients and for their own marketing. Day to day responsibilities for the Creative Services Lead

Your skills 

Ideally you will have the following skills

4+ years web and offline design and production experience in an agency or design environment.
