About the role

As their Senior Account Executive you will be working with brands such as Dell and SAP who see our client as their go-to b2b agency. You'll be the person that helps makes things happen: ensuring the client has time and budget to deliver brilliant work; ensuring there are no nasty surprises along the way; making sure the internal teams are briefed to do an exceptional job. Ultimately, you'll quickly become an integral part of this inspiring and bright team by being knowledgeable, hard-working and inquisitive.

About You

Ideally you'll have at least a year's agency experience.

You will have an appetite to learn and be commercially-minded. You'll be a dab hand at managing a project with multiple elements, and will be a confident communicator to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with day-to-day clients

This role is to work on one of the agencies key clients on their customer referencing programme.  You will be working on one of the world's largest tech businesses across multiple regions. 

Your responsibilities

You'll be managing, building and executing customer reference programmes amongst other go-to-market campaigns.

As a Senior Account Manager, your focus will be ensuring that projects are well-devised, quoted for and executed. You will be a naturally inquisitive, pro-active and a great communicator who is able to get the best from your team and build strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders in the agency. Your excellent project management and organisational skills will ensure seamless project delivery and a high attention to detail.

You will be confident, with the ability to work autonomously within a larger team as well as drive and motivate team members, foster and grow existing relationships and develop new ones. 

You will ideally have worked in either tech, telecoms or fintech sectors in some capacity and will have a good understanding of those markets. 

And you've experience of delivering lead generation, ABM campaign approaches (but it's not a deal breaker if you haven't).

You're competent at handling multiple conflicting deadlines and can prioritise accordingly, without drama.
