Marketing recruiter - Full or part time

We are looking for a fabulous, energetic and resourceful marketer who wants to explore the world of recruitment! Yes that’s right, someone who might be willing to take a leap into the unknown and be part of our superb team!

Do you fit the bill?

We’re looking for someone with experience in either marketing recruitment or the UK marketing industry itself.

If you have a good understanding of the industry, and enjoy building long-term relationships, then we’d like to hear from you. If you are looking to get out of the rat race and have some flexibility around your own hours with good earning potential, then we’d love to discuss this role with you.

Recruitment experience is far from essential, we draw on our marketing skills everyday.

We are a small team here, we care deeply about having a positive impact on our clients and candidates lives. We are looking for someone who can share that vision and who is comfortable working in a small team where everybody counts.

This role can be based at home or based part time/full time in our MK offices and we are happy to look at flexible working options. We believe that this is not a 9 to 5 and can work around your life whilst also delivering to our clients and candidate needs.

You'll be responsible for managing accounts which include some of the world's biggest technology companies. 

About you 

You'll play a pivotal role in solving clients’ challenges and driving relationships. You'll be collaborating with Immersive and AI Subject Matter Experts to develop new solutions to gain business value for clients and work closely with in-house creative, copy and technology teams to deliver these.

With the support from your Account Director, you'll generate briefs and proposals and develop strategies to build your accounts.

You will be a natural leader and negotiator with exceptional people-management skills. You will take charge when necessary and be decisive and then build support for those decisions. You will inspire your team, the wider agency and clients.
You’ll have first-rate knowledge of industry trends and client brand guidelines and you will be able to will take pride in providing the highest quality work for your clients, where attention to detail is everything.   
You will be prepared to share credit and shoulder difficulties. 
You are commercially and creatively astute.
 
Your skills
•     You will have at least four years B2B agency experience
•      You can evidence of clear progression within account management/client services roles (i.e. from account executive level upwards)
•      You can evidence experience of successful account growth
•      You will have a strategic mindset with a strong eye for detail
•      You’ll have a good understanding of digital technologies
•     A basic understanding of natural language processing, deep learning, and other AI disciplines is a bonus

You’ll be working at an Account Director level or be managing digital marketing projects.
You will take pride in being your client’s champion within the agency.
You will comfortable challenging the norm thinking and guide your clients to break the boundaries of their current activity whilst not taking your eye of your prize of delivering against their objectives.  It's a chance to get creative, with campaign delivery creation across a number of channels, specifically creative strategy and design and bringing ideas to life through the latest marketing technology.
You will be a natural leader, with exceptional people-management skills. You will take charge when necessary and be decisive and then build support for those decisions. You will inspire your team, the wider agency and clients.
