About you
The agency’s success means it is looking for a highly talented Group Account Director to join the team. It’s the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to move into an established and reputable agency and spearhead innovative, integrated campaigns.
You will work with some of the agency’s major international accounts to develop and lead marketing campaigns aimed at end user, business, channel partner and internal audiences; utilising all of the marketing disciplines and targeting consumers through to global Enterprise organisations.
As well as demonstrating solid Account Direction experience, you will also be able to demonstrate a passion for B2B marketing and a desire to really get under the skin of client challenges, their business and their products. You will be seen as a trusted advisor to your clients and will be able to contribute to and shape clients marketing strategy and thinking. You will be able to identify and drive current and future revenue opportunities within your client accounts and manage your teams to deliver against predicted revenue targets.
You will be someone who has experience leading and managing a team, who can drive and motivate team members, foster and grow existing relationships and develop new ones. Growing client relationships is a key aspect of this role.  You will be someone who can demonstrate strategic thinking and the added value and “wow” the agency brings to its clients.
This is a key role within the senior team of the agency.

Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who can help our client rattle a few cages in the B2B world and turn the heads of those for whom marketing has simply joined the noise. You’ll be working at a creative agency with a young and vibrant team who want to change the way things are done in B2B marketing to make it really work in the modern world.

Who you are

If you’re calm under pressure, willing to embrace challenges, and think you have what it takes to be responsible for the day-to-day management of several big and exciting clients, it could be you we’re looking for. Of course you’ll need marketing experience, but knowledge of digital, social, and B2B Technology would be great too. You’ll need to be confident, self-motivated and most importantly, be hungry to learn.

What will you do?

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts. This includes the ability to deliver a highly proactive, reactive and responsive account management service and build close and trusted relationships with our client base
  • You will be hands on in the project management of current and future marketing campaigns (which will include both online and offline mediums), including taking detailed briefs, preparing and presenting proposals, constructing budgets and timelines, attending client meetings and working closely with creative teams, copywriters, printers, and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, and within budget and to client expectation.
  • You will support the Account Director with the daily running of a busy client-facing team 

What it takes

  • At least 3 years’ experience in an integrated marketing agency or within a medium/large marketing team
  • A good degree  / or equivalent qualification i.e. CIM etc.
  • A good range of strategic, implementation and organisation skills, attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple projects smoothly and thoroughly
  • The abilty to be calm under pressure 
  • The ability to be able to work independently when needed, be forward thinking and use initiative
  • A clear understanding of the dynamics of on-line communication,  digital & social media
  • A confident and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • You will be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) with a strong personality to work well in established client relationships
  • You will be self-motivated and driven - they must be committed to what the role entails, can embrace the challenges and be hungry to learn

Senior Planner

Our client's team is expanding and as a result they are looking for Senior Strategists to help shape the direction of some leading global B2B tech brands.

This exciting new role will encompass everything from scoping and undertaking discovery projects, segmentation and contact strategy definition, proposition and messaging framework development through to campaign performance review and optimisation recommendations.

Who you are

You will be an all-rounder that is happy to work on different types of projects - but you may be from a specific background such as research and insight, brand proposition and messaging, or digital marketing and customer journey development. You may also be a SAM or AD looking for a career in planning. You will have an agency background and have a good understanding of the b2b technology market and experience of developing cross channel, end-to-end customer engagement strategies. You will be able to easily take complex information and simplify it for its audience in a relevant and memorable way. You will be passionate about using creativity and communications in all forms, you can get excited about a clever use of paid social as developing a value proposition.

·       Understand key target audience behaviours, client business, impact of technology, and emerging B2B and marketing trends

Do you have a passion for Content and the experience to back it up?   

We are looking for a Content Strategist/Content Lead to join an international b2b agency that is really making waves. You will be the mastermind behind the creation of ‘best in class’ content and strategies, backed up by informed insights from the agencies own internal insight team.

You will provide direction, leadership and day to day support for their internal team of writers and you will be an advocate for content and its importance to the digital customer experience.   

You’ll work with the wider business to identify new content opportunities and provide ongoing adjustments to improve content performance. You’ll also be able to produce long and short-form content including case studies, web copy, brochures, white papers, direct mailers, web banners, email and much more.   

What you will be doing?
