About the role
With some impressive client wins under their belt for 2018, our client is looking for bright, talented and enthusiastic B2B marketers to join the agency as it continues on its successful growth path this year. You'll be part of a small but growing team delivering exciting and innovative campaigns to a range of technology clients. You will be the face of the agency to your clients, so you must be comfortable managing client relationships and building trust with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and impressive results for them. With a sharp commercial mind and an inquisitive nature, you'll be focused, driven and have a real 'get things done' attitude to delivering day-to-day activities.

Your responsibilities
You'll be shaping, managing and delivering innovative marketing strategies for a range of existing mid-size accounts in the technology industry, initially picking up and running existing campaigns and activating new initiatives too.

You'll need to be confident contributing to campaign development with your senior team, and competent at setting out plans for delivering these campaigns on time and on budget, QC-ing as you go along and maintaining exceptional quality in all deliverables for the client. You'll be managing external partners, freelancers and suppliers too so commercial management, tracking, and reporting are a big part of the job.

You will also be managing the workload and mentoring your support team, making sure that delivery is accurate, on time and up to scratch, and ensuring that these individuals are supported on their path to greatness too.

Most importantly, you must be willing to take ownership of your projects and embrace the agency's trademark approach to their clients' challenges of rapid innovation and continuous measurement. With experience in an agency environment (ideally, but not essentially, B2B) you need to be passionate about understanding the world in which your clients exist, so you can innovate and find new ways of working to help grow the success of campaigns.

The skills you'll bring to the role
You must have a proven track record of managing client accounts, with an ability to deliver great marketing campaigns on time, on budget and on brief. A natural organiser with a level-headed attitude, you'll be comfortable working with a diverse team to reach an end goal and ensuring each team member delivers their piece of the puzzle by key milestones. You'll have excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail and even better time management skills – in fact you'll thrive under pressure.

When you're not advising your clients, you'll be helping to mentor more junior members of your team to help grow our client from within. Always willing to learn, you'll have a natural appetite to understand all your can about the B2B tech world and a desire to keep growing your skills in-line with the agency's standards.
