You may be working at an Account Director level, or leading Digital Marketing Projects. And you're probably keen to discover new and better ways of doing things, to deliver results that make an impact.

You'll be responsible for leading accounts which include some of the world's biggest technology companies.
You'll have the initiative and confidence to consult clients on their strategies and manage multiple deadlines, all the while getting not being too fussy about helping your team with some of the day to day tasks. It's a chance to get creative, with campaign delivery creation across a number of channels, bringing ideas to life through the latest marketing technology. You'll be managing multi-channel activities, keeping track of audience trends, managing campaign delivery along with competing client expectations.

You're analytical, and can communicate specialist insights.
You can maintain and build client relationships taking a dynamic approach, and have a natural interest in the worlds they operate in.
You've got the commercial understanding to deliver projects in a profitable fashion, and a commitment to quality.
You can delegate, both up and down.
And, most importantly, you're not afraid to keep learning.
You've paved the way to this role, with a minimum of four years clocked up in a previous role, with agency experience as part of that.
You're expert in lead generation, spanning social, web and email.
You will be confident, with the ability to work autonomously within a larger team as well as drive and motivate team members, foster and grow existing relationships and develop new ones.
You will ideally have worked in either tech, telecoms or fintech sectors in some capacity and will have a good understanding of those markets.
And you've experience of delivering lead generation, ABM campaign approaches (but it's not a deal breaker if you haven't).
You're competent at handling multiple conflicting deadlines and can prioritise accordingly, without drama.
