Marketing Manager | REF:0183

£40,000 - £45,000

Due to recent success our client is looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to join the team.  

This goal of this role is to help accelerate our clients brand presence as a prominent B2B Technology Marketing agency. 

The new Marketing Manager will be working with the Managing Director to develop an “Always on Marketing Framework”that increases and maintains awareness of the their brand, as well as generating demand for their services with prospects, clients, influencers/partners and prospective employees alike.  

About You

As well as the core skills required to own the Marketing function you will have previous experience in working within an agency environment, understand the agency model and have a proven ability to create and run marketing programmes. 

You will be able to demonstrable understanding and a desire to learn more in the areas of digital marketing, ABM, content marketing, creative concepts and execution, social media.  

You will be comfortable working autonomously and adept at bringing the right people across the agency together to deliver the Always on Marketing activity. 

You will demonstrate a passion for marketing and a desire to really understand the goals of and services our client offers.  

You will incredibly well organised and have a strong attention to detail.   

Your skills 

You will ideally have experience of the below and when best to deploy them: 

- Has a good understanding of the B2B Technology marketing Industry 

- Strong digital marketing experience 

- B2B technology agency marketing experience 

- Tenacious with strong Project management skills 

- Commercial, budget experience 

- Understanding how to maximise networking opportunities 

- An understanding of the forever developing MarTech stack
