One of the UK's leading b2b marketing agencies is looking for a smart, energetic & people-focused Account Manager.

This role will be the eyes and ears of the clients within the agency, be immersed in their culture and understand the different levels of Demand Generation maturity within their organisation.

Who are we looking for?

You will be someone who can build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships on multiple levels across their organisation while utilising functional experts to leverage specialist relationships within the client.

You need to develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders and be able to identify and win opportunities within your accounts, collaborate with strategic leads to achieve and exceed growth targets.

You will be the first point of contact for your clients when it comes to helping them formulate strategies and create proposals. You will work very closely with the Project Management team who will manage the day to day technical delivery for your client's projects.

This agency work with cutting edge of new marketing technologies and works with a number of leading global brands to help them implement successful nurture programmes, so you will need to be passionate about digital and in particular marketing automation technologies.

Key Requirements

You will ideally be an ambitious AM or SAE who is looking for their next step up and to enhance their existing digital skill set. You are able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

You are able to quickly build relationships at all levels of client organisations and have proven your ability to identify opportunities and win pitches.

You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs.

You are an excellent listener, negotiator and presenter. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are able to work under pressure and are very organised.
