Marketing Manager - Full time or part time
Our client, is an award winning landscape architecture and garden design company. Their gardens and design have won notable awards and can be regularly seen at shows such as Chelsea Garden show. Their gardens have a very exclusive clientele and include not only notable universities and businesses but also high net worth private clients.
The business has seen phenominal growth in the last couple of years. They have worked hard to build a culture that is aligned throughout the business and focuses on trust, excellence and creativity (not just in design but focusing on openness, innovation and being creative in their everyday approach to driving the business forward).
Due to the continued growth, they are now looking for a Marketing Manager to help them build on this success. This is an exciting time to join the business as they are also in the process of a large rebrand. The Marketing Manager will be heavily involved in managing this and rolling it out across the business.
You'll be an exceptional commercially aware marketer, with at least two to four years in a marketing role post your degree. Ideally you will have experience of both b2b and b2c. You will be able to demonstrate experience in developing and implementing marketing plans in the service industry. You may have experience in premium marketing rather than mass markets and will be able to put together a marketing strategy that encompasses the right digital channels to drive leads and awareness. You will also have experience of managing external agencies - PR, creative etc
About the role
This is a new role for the business so you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and brand strategy and advising on the best path of growth for the business.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity, ensuring that marketing for the business matches the brand positioning
- Development of the company marketing strategy
- Managing all marketing for the business
- Developing all demand generation/lead generation campaign and measuring results
- Management of all PR
- Management of relevant marketing activities to support the lead generation/brand awareness
- Marketing event management
- Budgetary management
- Agency management
