Customer Retention Marketing Manager | REF:0175

Are you a switched on b2b tech marketing manager with experience of creating customer retention marketing programmes that deliver results?

If you’ve got a solid background in customer marketing, are adept at putting together marketing plans that will drive awareness and increase footprint in your customer key accounts and can deliver against those – then this is the opportunity for you.

About the roleYou'll be looked to to lead and own the marketing effort to support customer retention in the UK & I.  You will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy and delivering on it.

Day to day you will be;·     

You'll work with the wider Marketing team to develop and execute integrated one-to-many customer marketing campaigns.
You'll managing the campaign process from end-to-end, which will include planning, executing and reporting.
You'll work with Sales and Marketing functions to create a customer reference programme. You will be looking to to manage the process from end-to-end, which will include the writing/editing of customer case studies.
You'll own and manage the UK Customer Advocacy programme.
You'll be proactive driving forward customer-to-customer reference requests, the promotion of referencing opportunities to new and existing customers as well as managing the process from end-to-end.
You'll be working with the Customer Advocacy team on regional and national customer events. You'll also work closely with events team on event planning, production, and logistics.
You'll own and manage, alongside key stakeholder, the annual customer satisfaction surveys.

About you

You will be comfortable defining and driving multi-channel programmes within the b2b tech space.  You can evidence clear successes in driving customer retention and customer marketing.

You’ll be determined, passionate, eager, helpful, and confident in how you work with your team. You’ll also be ambitious to learn more, with a hunger to keep abreast of industry trends and technologies.

You'll be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of sales and marketing. You will be able to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs. You will be self-reliant and able to make things happen. You will understand a tech audience and its dynamics.

This role is a 12 month FTC and comes with a very competitive package and benefits.
