About You
You will have a passion for all things martech, after all you will be responsible for implementing, testing and reporting on digital marketing programmes, using a range of cutting edge marketing automation and social media programmes. As their digital marketing manager, you will work across a number of key client accounts, including some of the largest technology companies in the world. You will work across a range of automation platforms, including Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua and Active Campaign. In addition you will work with the client teams to devise and deliver a range of social media initiatives(paid and organic) to help deliver quality leads.

A quest for continuous improvement will be a critical part of this role and you will be responsible for ensuring that you are able to interpret critical results and report on key learnings and successes to continue to improve your clients campaigns in the future. You will need to be comfortable with a client facing role as you will need participate in client meetings, being inclusive and listening to what is being said, and what isn’t being said.  As an expert in your field, you will be able to field questions related to your projects, demonstrating capability and knowledge of best practices and approaches. 

Digital Marketing Manager Key Skills
Marketing Automation experience (Marketo, Eloqua, GetResponse, HubSpot, and Pardot)
Organic / Paid social campaigns Analytical and metrics-focused, data and Microsoft Excel skills.
Technically savvy, comfortable with and interested in software applications.
Understanding of sales & marketing processes.
Aptitude to ask good questions, explain things clearly and succinctly, boil down relevant insights to inform action.
Ability to actively and confidently communicate in front of colleagues and clients
Good eye for detail and strong grammar and business writing skills.

Digital Marketing Manager additional valuable skills and experience
CRM and salesforce software (primarily 
Data analysis, reporting and business intelligence. 
Basic understanding of Email and Landing Page technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
