An award-winning and fast-growing b2b marketing agency is looking for a highly talented Group Account Director to join its team.

This vibrant, dynamic agency based in a beautiful market town just five-minutes from the River Thames is home to a team of more than 90 people. The agency has a diverse depth of experience right across the agency, with disciplines including digital, video, creative and content through to planning and project management of global campaigns boasting budgets of up to six and seven digits. Delivering the full mix of marketing services to a range of international clients, the agency is growing fast and recently opened its first office in San Francisco and to top it all off, they are B2B Marketing Award winners once again this year. Due to recent client wins, they are looking to expand their team and are now looking for an experienced AD looking to step up or a GAD to join them.
 
About you
The agency’s success means it is looking for a highly talented Group Account Director to join the team. It’s the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to move into an established and reputable agency and spearhead innovative, integrated campaigns.
 
You will work with some of the agency’s major international accounts to develop and lead marketing campaigns aimed at end user, business, channel partner and internal audiences; utilising all of the marketing disciplines and targeting consumers through to global Enterprise organisations.
 
As well as demonstrating solid Account Direction experience, you will also be able to demonstrate a passion for B2B marketing and a desire to really get under the skin of client challenges, their business and their products. You will be seen as a trusted advisor to your clients and will be able to contribute to and shape clients marketing strategy and thinking. You will be able to identify and drive current and future revenue opportunities within your client accounts and manage your teams to deliver against predicted revenue targets.
 
You will be someone who has experience leading and managing a team, who can drive and motivate team members, foster and grow existing relationships and develop new ones. Growing client relationships is a key aspect of this role.  You will be someone who can demonstrate strategic thinking and the added value and “wow” the agency brings to its clients.
 
This is a key role within the senior team of the agency.
