We are looking for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive with creative flair who is ready to take their next step. Our client has a great reputation for big creative ideas and powerful advertising campaigns. They’re only 5 years old but have won the award for Best Creative Agency 2 out of the last 4 years at the B2B Awards, and they won the Grand Prix in their first year. They’re all about refining and challenging briefs until they find a gem of truth on which to base creative campaigns and tell brand stories.
 
The agency is based in central london and you’ll be part of team of passionate, brilliant people who together are leading the charge in changing the creative landscape of B2B. They produce the kind of work that truly stands out.
 
About the role

As their Junior Account Manager, you will be working with brands such as Yell and EY who see our client as their go-to creative agency. You will be working across the entire media mix on a mixture of brand advertising, internal activation campaigns, out of home and video. You'll be the person that makes things happen: ensuring the client has time and budget to deliver brilliant work; ensuring there are no nasty surprises along the way; making sure the internal creative team are briefed to do an exceptional job and, externally, the network of production partners are too. Ultimately, you'll quickly become an integral part of this inspiring and bright team by being knowledgeable, hard-working and inquisitive.

Responsibilities include:

- Being the go-to person for your Account Director by knowing all there is to know about your client’s business
- Being your Account Director's "right hand man", ensuring client expectations are always met through listening closely and challenging things where needs be
- Constantly learning and building knowledge of your cilents and their markets, to develop a clear viewpoint of your own
- Proactive, consistent and timely communication
- Being present at client meetings, taking client briefs and shaping up recommendations
- Keeping an eye out for new opportunities within your client's business to maximise opportunities for all involved
 
About You
 
Ideally (but not essentially) you will have experience of working in the world of B2B brands or in an ATL B2C environment, and you'll have at least a year's agency experience.

You will have bucket loads of ambition and charisma, an appetite to learn and be commercially-minded. You'll be a dab hand at managing a project with multiple elements, and will be a confident communicator to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
