The role

You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of accounts that include some of the world's biggest technology companies.

You must be a flexible, dynamic person who is able to strengthen client relationships, with an understanding of business challenges and the ways that technical marketing solutions could solve them. You'll be at home in a demanding environment, and able to balance the requirements and deadlines of multiple stakeholders effectively.

Your skills

You be a marketing automation ninja – with accreditation to a ‘Marketo Expert’ or ‘Marketo Consultant’ level desirable. Otherwise, hands-on experience of using Eloqua, Silverpop or Pardot is required.

You can take responsibility for running projects and manage expectations with clear communications throughout.

You can clearly communicate specialist marketing automation knowledge, and keep researching new trends and technologies.

You can maintain and build the client relationships, with an understanding of the worlds they operate in.

You get the commercial aspect of things, and can set appropriate budgets and deliver activity in a profitable fashion.

You're quite happy to exceed the client expectation, collaborate openly with your team and delegate with confidence (both up and down).
