You'll love to get your hands dirty, analysing audience trends and delivering campaigns on time that get results. If that sounds about right, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join an integrated marketing agency looking for someone like you to help support their small (circa 40 people) but mighty in leafy Oxfordshire.
You'll be responsible for supporting in the day-to-day running of accounts that include a great mix of b2b and b2c clients, across automotive, tech and the manufacturing sector to name a few. You're a flexible, dynamic person who has the initiative and confidence to take on a variety of hands-on job requirements, the communication skills to consult clients as to the best approach available, and the time management abilities to prioritise competing requests. The best part? You get a license to suggest new ways of doing things and the responsibility to see them through, so you can make a real difference. Trust us, it'll be worth it.
You are a ninja at project management and delivery, and are not shy at communicating specialist knowledge and insights that blow the clients away. You can maintain and build client relationships with comfort, suggesting new ideas based on their challenges and objectives from your deep understanding of their worlds. You get the commercial stuff, and deliver projects in a profitable manner – and with a commitment to quality. You're a self starter, always learning and seeking training to boost your skillset.
You've earned your place, you will have a good couple of years of experience in client-facing delivery. You may be an Account Manager looking to broaden out their skills or an Account Executive looking for their next step up. You can are comfortable delivering campaigns across a variety of disciplines (their expertise spans design, branding, web builds, applications, social, events, video, animation/VR) to name a few. And you're an expert at the good stuff – getting in the results from lead generation spanning social, web and email.
