Recruitment Assistant/resourcer

The role
 
You'll be responsible for
 
Helping to support the end to end recruitment process. Managing everything from writing and posting job adverts across our various social channels, updating our candidate database, pre-screening candidates, diary management, website content management through to client liaison.
 
But it does not stop there, we are also looking for someone who can help us build out our pipeline of candidates. Someone who is comfortable researching on social media platforms, as well as finding new places online where our candidates are hanging out. 
 
The best part? You'll have the chance to really make your mark.  We are a small business so this role will be supporting the founder and as we grow there will be ongoing opportunities to evolve the role and take on new responsibilities for the right person.

Your skills
 
You can project manage without a second thought.
 
You're analytical, inquisitive and eager to learn and try new approaches.
 
You are comfortable liaising with clients and candidates (some of who will be board level) to arrange interviews, send out information packs and will have a natural interest in people and helping them.
 
You love being organised and enjoy administration.
 
You've got a commitment to quality.
 
You are comfortable working in a small team.
 
You will have a positive outlook and an unflappable demeanour.  
 
You're competent at handling multiple conflicting deadlines and can prioritise accordingly, without drama
 
And, most importantly, you're not afraid to keep learning.
 
Experience of working in a marketing or recruitment environment would be desirable but not essential.

Invoke is fast becoming known as the marketing recruitment consultants to go to for a high calibre of candidates. You must want to be in it for the long-term, with a passion to continue driving the brand forward at the high standard expected from our clients.
 
This is a part-time, flexible role with the opportunity to split your time between our offices in central MK (2 days a week) and from home (2 days), so it’s perfect if you’re looking for something that fits around your life.  We are also happy for someone to work school hours if required.
 
This will initially be on a contract basis.
