About you

Are you a sharp, ambitious Account Director with a passion for a digital marketing looking to step your career up a notch? Do you have a reputation for seamless delivery and a passion for B2B marketing?  If so, we are looking for you.

What’s the role?

The role would see you managing, building and executing integrated marketing strategies for big B2B enterprise tech clients. You will be working with global in house teams and will be responsible for building and managing senior strategic relationships within your accounts.  You will strive to be seen as their strategic agency and will continuosly be looking for ways to deliver excellent quality work that really delivers. 

What will you be doing day to day? 

Creation and fulfilment of detailed account plans.
Managing a team of account handlers to deliver against campaign objectives.
Networking within each account, building strong client relationships.
Looking at ways to grow your accounts and identify new opportunities for the agencies services.
Ensure revenue and profitability targets are met and in line with detailed account plans. 
Assisting with new business pitches and creation of strategy. 
Lead client kick off meetings and messaging workshops, bringing ideas for messaging through client knowledge and research.
Learning our Client’s approach to ABM and how they activate in market for different organisational types

Who are you?

You will have a willingness to learn about new technology, new ways of working and innovation to help existing and new client projects.
You will be willing and able to hit the ground running and roll your sleeves up.
You will have proven track record of managing large B2B technology accounts, ensuring client service levels are high and showcase ability to grow by recognising opportunities.
You will be able to grow a client services team to service accounts, delegating responsibility where applicable.
You will have impeccable attention to detail and even better time management skills to provide updates on campaigns at any time.
You will smile in the face of challenge and thrive on pressure – a robust nature.
You will have a restless curiosity and always be asking questions.
You are passionate about digital and have an infectious energy.
You will have demonstrable success in working with companies from the B2B technology industry.
You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbally.
