About the role
You'll be tasked with working on the planning, co-ordination, and execution of digital strategy across a wide variety of projects. You'll be looked to to deliver strategic guidance across a range of internal teams.

Day to day you will be;
Delivering digital services ranging from consultation to execution, including discovery and planning sessions; creation of prototypes, wireframes, templates; content creation and distribution using web CMS and applicable tools, and knowledge transfer and support.  
Participating in cross-functional teams with the goal of ensuring consistency, accuracy, quality, and globalisation of sales and marketing initiatives across a number of geographies.  
Collaborating with other marketing staff, including global counterparts, to integrate and complement marketing strategies and share best practices across multiple channels. 
Conducting market research analysis to identify trends, topics, market opportunities or competitor performance in digital channels. 
Developing supporting documentation for web projects and initiatives. 
Analysing website data and usability trends to validate current strategy and effectively makes recommendations for improvements. 
Optimising web site conversion rates against KPIs (key performance indicators). 
Identifying changes and trends in digital marketing and recommends appropriate strategies that will ultimately maximise company profit. 

About you
You will have a strong understanding of many digital marketing tactics which may include marketing automation, digital demand generation and acquisition, nurture-based campaigns, search and programmatic advertising.    

You’ll be determined, passionate, eager, helpful, and confident in how you work with your team. You’ll also be ambitious to learn more, with a hunger to keep abreast of industry trends and technologies.
You'll be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts/processes related to area of assignment 
You will have excellent project management skills 
You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts/ functions and software tools (Word, PowerPoint, HTML, Adobe products, and/or SharePoint, web content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, etc.) 
You will be comfortable influencing digital strategy and plans across a variety of audiences
You will have excellent analytical, organisational and creative problem solving skills 

Education: 
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
